Terence Farrell has been crisscrossing Chester County conducting Listening – Learning - Leading Tours—where Farrell comes to meet residents and hear about their concerns.  Recently in Phoenixville, Farrell met with local seniors at the Phoenixville Senior Center.

“I think it is good that Terence came and took note of the concerns and needs we have,” noted senior center director Elaine Smith.

Terence also visited with local business owners.  Franco’s Restaurant was one such stop.  “Phoenixville has been going through a lot of changes…they are great changes,” said owner Franco LoPresti.

“It’s (Phoenixville) a model for revitalization and I want to emphasize that as county commissioner,” said Farrell.  “We want to put businesses where the infrastructure is…you’re preserving open space by keeping businesses downtown.”
