FARRELL FILES NOMINATING PETITIONS IN PERSON

FP

Candidate Terence Farrell (R) and Campaign Manager Paul Andriole (L) hand petitions and the filing fee to Linda Cummings (C), Director of Chester County Voters Services.

Endorsed Republican Commissioner Candidate Terence Farrell personally filed nominating petitions on Tuesday at Voter Services in the Government Services Building on Westtown Road. Campaign Manager Paul Andriole accompanied Farrell.

“The circulators of the Petition honored me in going door-to-door for me,” Farrell said, “and our personal ‘door-to-door’ delivery shows we honor their effort. There is no more important job at this stage of the campaign than obtaining a ‘challenge-proof’ number of signatures. It’s important that everyone knows how grateful I am and how much I value their hard work.”

Farrell said he understood the importance of the moment. “We are all part of something larger than ourselves. The Republican system of government works because of all the public-spirited individuals who care deeply about this country and how we keep our liberty. The act of filing the petitions was a monumental occasion, and I recognize that.”

The Petitions contained nearly 500 names. Two- hundred and fifty were required.
