Lawmakers and law enforcers will help inaugurate a program designed to prevent delinquency and violence in Coatesville.

Among the scheduled speakers at a 10 a.m. news conference at the Brandywine Center on East Lincoln Highway are Chester County District Attorney Joseph W. Carroll, Rep. Chris Ross (R, Chester), Rep. Tim Hennessey (R, Chester), and Chester County Commissioners Terence Farrell and Kathi Cozzone.
